Made by the Belgium design Wim Neels. The vest is all silk. The front is a shiny beige and aqua color stripes. It has a very fit and tailored construction. The front closes by a strip of mother of pearl buttons that can be detached. It is marked a size 38 and measures 44 cm across the chest and36 cm across the waist.
