Enjoy classic warmth and style, with this vintage buffalo plaid wool skirt with flare!
This fabulous little skirt is the epitome of 1980's trying to do 1950's. It is not a true FULL circle skirt, but technically a semi-circle skirt -although, you wouldn't know it because it looks so full and flared. The fabric this skirt is made from is a very fine quality, heavyweight wool -thick but soft, not scratchy at all! The black and red check pattern is known as Buffalo Plaid (and was supposedly named because the designer -from Woolrich Mills- owned a herd of buffalo!). Center back nylon zipper and button-up closure. Two hidden hip pockets, one at either side. Unlined. Only label reads 'The East Side Clothing Co., Accept No Substitutes, est. 1978'. In absolutely wonderful condition with only signs of use being very mild wear to surface of fabric, see second-to-last picture.
